Person Centred Care - An Individual Approach
At a time of huge demand on services it is so tempting to run our care services from the top down, imposing routine, structure and sytems that serve the organisation but which might not respect teh core values of respect, inclusion, independence and choice for services users. This training is for those organisations who wish to be able to give their staff the opportunity to understand and implement a person centred approach to caring.
Person Centred Care Training can be done either as a full day or a half day. The two courses cover similar subject matter but at different depths and the full day allows more exercises, case studies and discussion which are so valuable in seeing things from a person centred viewpoint.
