This programme is designed for key communicators and for people who are already effective communicators but who want to develop and enhance their skills.
 
Communication skills have to be developed, honed and added to on an on-going basis. They are the heart of interpersonal skills and the greater your awareness of how it all works, the
more effective your communication will be. The more effective your communication – the better the business works and grows.
Most people in business think they communicate pretty well, and in our experience that's generally true. However, even the best communicators can have their skills undermined when they get wrong-footed, face potential humiliation, feel misunderstood, are working under great pressure or are taken by surprise by someone else's behaviour
.

Then it all seems to fall apart, instructions are not carried out, targets are not met, the blame culture sets in and people regress to all kinds of inappropriate and unhelpful behaviour.

Our communication skills training teaches you to recognize what needs to be said and done and how - if you know how the dynamics work, you can be in charge of them.

You get to choose from a whole range of tools and techniques that fit your personal style. We're big on personal style because when it comes to communication you can't be anyone other than yourself.

We like to develop the skills people already have and the things they already do well, rather than focusing on what's wrong or what needs to be fixed.
