This programme is both practical and interactive and focuses managers on the skills required to manage their team’s performance through one-to-one coaching, team building and feedback. Learning outcomes will be a range of skills that will aid in promoting individuals’ personal and professional development, resulting in higher levels of achievement and motivation.

In this programme managers will experience the difference between managing and leading, dictating and coaching and will be given the opportunity to develop their business coaching skills using a wide range of tools that will be available to them to take away and put to good use in the work place.
