A Healthy You!
As a pharmacist and a coach I understand the benefits of being healthy and I'm passionate about giving others the strategies they can use to give their own health, fitness and energy levels a great big boost!
You see, it's important to me that you have the energy you need to propel yourself towards those goals you've set and the stamina to keep you going no matter what. I want you to enjoy the journey and get there full of life, able to fully enjoy the rewards of your labour - not stressed, worried, tired and run down, or worse, chronically ill.
Your health is everything. That's both physical, mental and emotional health. Body , mind and spirit. Interconnected, each affecting the other. Make sure that the association is positive and balanced. That means putting you first for at least 30 mins to an hour a day to ensure that your needs are met before you look after any one or anything else. In fact it is now possible to look at the impact of physical and emotional as well as dietary impacts on our health by looking at our blood cells by having a Live and Dried Blood Analysis done for yourself.
I believe in a combination of:-
- Good nutrition
- Staying hydrated - drinking lots of water
- Regular exercise
- Pro-actively putting positive things in and keeping negatives out
- Visualisation
- Peer Group
- Meditation/Relaxation
Whether your goals are in business, relationships, weight targets, health gains, fitness, finances or contributing to the welfare of others you need the health and the energy to make them happen. Be a positive role model for others in this area of life. Set an example - Step Up and remember a coach to keep you on track, accountable and moving forwards in this, the most important goal in life is the best gift you can give yourself.
