First-Aid Training Courses

First aid is the initial assistance or care provided to a person who has been injured or suddenly taken ill before professional medical help arrives. It aims to stabilise the person’s condition, prevent further harm, and promote recovery.

Our first aid courses provide participants with all the knowledge needed to be competent, confident and reliable First Aiders. The course is hands on, and interactive with multiple competencies to assess each participant, making sure they leave able to perform all the elements of first aid.

We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our training courses and our First-Aid Courses are no different.

Our first-aid training is specifically tailored to meet the four learning styles through quizzes, games, videos and hands-on learning.

Practical experience is fundamental in first aid. We prioritise hands-on training sessions where participants actively apply what they’ve learned. These sessions simulate real-life situations, allowing participants to build confidence and proficiency in delivering effective first aid.

Our first aid courses will support participants in having a deep understanding of how to administer first aid.

Participants will gain a range of valuable skills, knowledge, and confidence to effectively respond to various medical emergencies and provide initial assistance to those in need.

Once the training has been completed, participants will have access to our continuous support for any questions they may have.

All first aid training is valid for 3 years, we do recommend an annual refresher for first aid training.

• Face-to-Face open courses

Organisations that request specific content can have a course tailored to meet the needs of their staff and customer demand whilst adhering to the latest legislation requirements.

Individual learners and teams from the same department or wider organisation can join our open courses which will be hosted throughout the year.

All course content is continually reviewed and updated to meet changing regulations, providing all learners with the most up to date information, theories and practical study.
