Train the trainer medication courses

Momentum People’s train the trainer courses have been created to build on the skills and knowledge of healthcare managers, supervisors and leaders to enable them to deliver internal training for their teams.

Courses meet the requirements of medical regulations and are designed to support the people side of healthcare, including managing behaviours and conflict alongside reward and recognition techniques.

Participants will learn how to effectively deliver training and gain access to an abundance of resources to disperse among their teams.

Medication training with Momentum People is informative, interactive and hands-on. Course content is resourceful yet fun and thought-provoking, designed to inspire participants and help them to grow as an individual as well as develop their career skillset. The learning environment is a safe space where participants can ask questions, share knowledge and build relationships with other healthcare professionals.

All courses are available as in-person training and online via Zoom or Teams for organisations to book specific training dates. Regular open courses are scheduled throughout the year where spaces can be booked by individuals or small teams either online or in-person.
