Medications Trainer TeeJay Dowe

TeeJay Dowe – Pharmacist, Coach, and Trainer

TeeJay Dowe is a dynamic Pharmacist, coach, and trainer with a rich and varied background in the pharmacy field. TeeJay began a pharmacy career at the age of 16 as a student pharmacy technician at what is now the Royal Stoke Hospital. Progressing to the role of Senior Technician for Cytotoxic Reconstitution, TeeJay held several impressive titles before pursuing a degree at Aston University at 24.

Following graduation, TeeJay’s career flourished in community pharmacy, culminating in the role of Regional Professional Development Manager. In 2006, TeeJay launched Momentum People, a business dedicated to delivering exceptional medication training and coaching services across the UK.

TeeJay’s extensive experience includes collaborations with large organizations, the NHS, County Councils, private businesses of all sizes in the care industry, and various schools. This diverse background uniquely equips TeeJay to impart the knowledge and skills necessary for safe, effective, and person-centered medicine administration.

Fun fact about TeeJay: Love to stretch my limits – roller coasters, walking on broken glass, fire walking, sky diving, fire eating and such like.

Momentum People Director David Wetz

David Wetz – Director

David Wetz is an experienced director, operator, and business leader with a strong track record of delivering measurable value across a range of industries. He takes a hands-on, results-driven approach, helping organisations improve performance, strengthen operations, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

David began his career in retail and wholesale distribution, building a strong operational foundation in logistics. He progressed into senior leadership roles, culminating as CEO of The Unwins Wine Group Ltd, where he led and scaled a multi-channel drinks and food retail, wholesale, and logistics business.

Throughout his career, David has worked with a wide range of private companies, social enterprises, and organisations, giving him a clear understanding of what works in practice.

He is equally comfortable operating at a strategic level or working hands-on within a business. David also has a particular interest in how technology can support social care and independent living, especially as populations age.

Fun fact about David:
Always wanted to be an astronaut (and even applied years ago!) – despite not liking heights. He also loves cooking and hopes to one day compete on MasterChef.

Momentum People's ops manager Tayshan Dowe

Tayshan Dowe – Operations Manager

Having worked as a freelance business administrator for a number of years previous, Tayshan joined the team full time in January 2025 as Admin and Client Support Manager. 

Since then, they have been promoted to Interim Operations Manager, before officially becoming Operations Manager in January 2026. 

Tayshan has a wide range of customer service, administration and management experience. This combined with their excellent knowledge of the business and processes, helps provide the gold standard service Momentum People clients experience. 

Fun fact about Tayshan:
Tayshan won a bronze medal at the 2010 Rhythmic Gymnastics British Championships.

Trainer Liz Taylor

Liz Taylor – Clinical Trainer

With an impressive 44 years of experience as a Registered Children’s Nurse, Liz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Momentum People. Throughout her career, she has worked in various specialties, enriching her understanding and skills in children’s healthcare.

Liz delivers many of our of training courses, including Train the Trainer sessions, but her absolute favourite to teach is Enteral Feeding.

Liz is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others learn the vital skills needed in healthcare in a fun and engaging way. 

Momentum People clinical Trainer Hollie Carlile

Hollie Carlile – Clinical Trainer

Hollie is a highly experienced nurse and clinical trainer with over 14 years of supporting children and adults with complex health needs, specialising in long-term ventilation.

Beginning her nursing career with a strong focus on complex care, Hollie developed extensive hands-on experience before moving into clinical education. Over the past 10 years, she has dedicated her career to teaching and assessing clinical skills, ensuring that healthcare professionals feel confident, competent, and equipped to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Hollie is passionate about sharing knowledge in a practical and meaningful way, believing that learning should always translate into improved outcomes for the people being cared for. Her approachable style and depth of experience enable her to support a wide range of learners across the health and social care sector.

Fun fact:
Hollie has completed five ultra marathons — although she’ll admit they included plenty of walking (and even a bit of crawling!) along the way.

Morgan Barber – Admin Support

Morgan is a motivated and detail-oriented administrator who supports our Management and Training team using her years of administration and Customer Service experience. Having joined the team in March 2026, Morgan is currently expanding her knowledge, learning more about the business to contribute to the high standard of service provided by Momentum People.

With her bubbly personality and great communication and organisational skills, Morgan is dependable, with a proactive approach supporting the team.

Fun Fact about Morgan:

I love baking in my spare time, and when I was younger I wanted to be a zoo keeper, so I spent all my time as a child researching and reading about all animals.
